Jill Broussard assumed the role of Pinal County Superintendent in November 2011, bringing a wealth of experience and a profound dedication to education. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, both earned with distinction, Jill embodies a commitment to academic excellence. Her qualifications extend further with Principal and Superintendent Certifications, reflecting her readiness to lead and innovate within the educational landscape.
Since assuming office, Superintendent Broussard has been a catalyst for transformative change. She pioneered a groundbreaking educational program for the H.O.P.E. School and Esperanza School correctional facilities, demonstrating her visionary approach to inclusivity and rehabilitation.
